Warranty
Bizzz Coolers Warranty cover all parts of the air coolers for 1 year, beginning from the date of purchase/delivery.
Damaged/faulty parts will be replaced or repair on-the-spot at no extra charges.
Our technician will visit you at your doorstep for repair/replacements of parts.
Damaged/faulty parts will only be replaced and repair by Bizzz Coolers.
Bizzz Coolers is not liable for any claims for the downtime and loss of the air-cooler.
Any attempt to modify/replace/repair/take apart the product will void the warranty immediately.
Eligibility:
All buyers must produce the original invoices or receipts as a proof of purchase.
Parts will be repaired or replaced only if the following conditions are met:
-Damages/ faults must not be caused by buyer's misuse, negligence, attempt to modify the warrantied product, accident and all acts of God (eg. extreme weather).
-The product must be purchased within a year.
-Damages/faults must be due to manufacturer defects.
